There may be times when you will find kings holding at the mouth, and it has a reputation for good silver salmon fishing. Pinks, chum, and sockeye also show up here along with rainbow trout and grayling.
Accomodations Rating: Primitive. There is nothing spectacular about the camping at Sunshine Creek. Although the dirt road access to Sunshine Creek is rough, there is decent parking at the trailhead.
Access: Easy. A short hike down an old dirt road provides access to the confluence of Sunshine Creek.
Crowds: Light. There are never many people fishing the confluence of Sunshine Creek during king season.

King Salmon (Chinook) Fishing Rating: Not Good - Fair. At times, kings hold here, but not on a regular basis.
